Spiral Hair Rollers

I have micro braids in my hair with that hair of non-synthetic heat sensitive. How do I set my hair and Spirli? Can I use sponge rollers? and if so, how do I wrap the hair around, so that when I take on this will spiral. The hair is a lil past my shoulders that?

use a flat iron curl all the way to the head, but a little tip, it may take 2 times to get a good curl
