Red Hair Streaks

My hair is dark brown, fairly close to black. But obviously, dark brown when it is low. I want red streaks in it, without bleaching. Does it show? Or is it enough to look behind? So says my friend and we got into a huge debate, I decided to ask about it. So please tell me your experiences or what you know. Thank you!

Umm I really dark brown hair. it looks black when Im not in the sunlight. when I was younger I red streaks in it and it showed up perfect. I think it would be nice:]
If you are unsure go to a salon or something.

If you use semi permannet GNG not be very cute if you get a red burgundy permanently then you can set and it will do well. If you use semi GNG, bleach've got.

to obtain a color u want to go .. black u will .... bleach, because the pigment color is black ... even if its dark brown .. ur going to have to bleach to get red streaks ..

It does not show very well, and there is a good chance your hair will not even "take" the color. Your best bet is really having a professional bleach and dye.

They will not come without some relief first.
