Plum Hair Color

Today (6 / 7) and weekend (6 / 3) when I dyed the middle section of my hair (sort of like Keyshia Coles) with a flush I was in a race so I let in 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes for how long should I wait to put more color on this section for the color to see better. can I do now? or should I wait 2 weeks. (I really want to put it in as soon as possible, i will mess the state of my hair if I do it as soon as possible?) I also really rinse the rest of last week (since I am Only the middle section of my hair), can I reuse or do I need to buy a completely new box?
