New Hair Cuts For 2008

I just buy them ... opened, inspected, I did not oil them ... because I thought they are rdy for atleast one .... use and well cut perhaps 3% of my hair ... and I have been running the cut on the head without attachments for atleast 10 .. min with a minimum of hair fall I'm not joking, like maybe 3% of the hair is left ... This has already happened to someone else? Any suggestions before going into Walmart with a little piece of hair in less ... return them?
