like all the old remedies used for generations or something I can do at home without spending a penny. I receive regular versions, drink lots of water, I massage my scalp every day, and movement.

but are there other alternatives or old natural remedies to help my hair grow longer and healthier?

Good though this recipe is a natural product that has grown up I used my hair 2inch 3 months
Itemss (which can be found in any health store)
Jojoba Oil-1 / 2 cup or more for long hair
Essentail-peppermint oil 15-20 drops
-Essentail 10-15 drops of rosemary oil
5-10 drops Lavender-Essentail
mixx together in a bowl to microwave measurement, and put in microwave for 15-20 seconds ... Do not make it to warm hot
BEFORE you wash your hair, apply oil on the scalp and hair and ends
then wrap a hot towel around your hair and let sit for 30 minutes or more
All this is good if you have dry hair
