Is a power conditioner in my Home theater and improve its image? Whenever I go to BB or CC I see these monster power conditioner cable connected to their home theater.
Is this something that the stores try to sell or is it really worth the investment?
A device is theoretically supposed to work on the absolute perfect voltage and current.
In practice, a device operating on power supplied by energy suppliers which is now the main concern is profit and not to have a nice picture or its just a "job" is an offer that could do better.
Whoever looks at a very high end set up will power protection and filtration are a large part of the system. Not only the noise and surge protection of brown, but induced.

I work for the big blue box ... I agree most employees do not understand the full value of Power and conditioner are simply told to sell. There is a difference between a surge protector, power conditioner and voltage regulator. I understand the systems and their functions.
