Jason Tea Tree Shampoo

Thus, the right of every night I wash my hair with shampoo Jason tea tree, in cold water and use conditioner natural nude, I think, and rinse with cold water too. But my hair is split ends and breakage, and I'm losing lots of hair too.

Is there a good organic shampoos that help to breakage and split ends, and also helps thicken your hair, or prevent it from becoming really thin?
