Hot Tools Hair Dryer

I have not even had it a year and it was quite expensive for some reason it goes low heat, if I turn to high, this does not work ... (Goes out) will go on setting high cool if ... Can not understand why he did the other one and not a way to solve this problem?? please help!

The easiest, fastest and best thing to do is get a new one.

Not ideal, but I know a good hair dryer brand new should not be expensive and would save much time and hassle.

contact the manufacturer to complain, return, and replace or save yourself some time to throw and buy a new one.
