With attachments on the mower will cut the length, regardless of the change or not angle?

ha yes yes another question, you have to hold the clippers flat against the head, but if you simply press too hard or JAB at an angle it will stay the length you have chosen

I think the madder if u wouldnt cut ... it did not change
