5. Another way to straighten your hair using the normal iron that you use to iron your clothes. But for this it is advisable to have someone else do it for you or you risk burning your hair. That's how it works: take small portions of your thin hair slightly damp. Comb to ensure that no knots remain. Keep a towel under the hair and using a medium hot iron quickly slide the length of the hair keeping the towel constamment aligned with the iron. This is very similar to using a hair straighter.
