and everything depends on you. If you want something to stand out or blend in. If permanent what you want, do not go for black, black will disappear because your hair is light and you'll have to keep redying your hair that color. NO not blonde. Red is super duper pretty it compliments the brown blonde very well the difference that sticks out and it just does not look right, looks tacky
