Hair Curling Brush

My sister happened to get his hair turned around a curling brush to the point were it is really a mat in place. Her hair is about 1 1 / 2 feet long and 6 inches t angeled bottom. Is there something or so that you can get spun hair brush? Thanks

It is not possible it will not hurt, but it will help him the least harm. Take the hair is tangled and keep well above the brush ... I hope this is not his scalp. Sweater many files as you can, slowly, little by little. It will take some time, but it will not break her hair. Do not wet!
