Dry Scalp Treatment

Hi I am from Turkey and I just returned from the cuttery hair. I used a clamp to 0 (the shortest) and my head is full of dandruff everwhere. I dont have an itchy scalp, but (as I noticed the barber noticed) a scalp very dry. I have olive skin, my face does not dry, but it becomes oily throughout the day. I used head and shoulders, but I do not think that his goal for people with olive, oily skin, because it does not work. Also, I was in oil, tea tree as a shampoo last week, which I believe the film worse.

I'll wait for suggestions before I wash my hair.

"I use a cold process natural soap to wash my hair and vinegar apple cider diluted (1 tablespoon to 1 cup water) to correct pH balance and shine my shine hair shine.
