Why the high ambient temperature using an alternating current carrier gen x2?

I installed gen carrier x2 1.5T ABT AC opening a month back. the room temperature does not come below 26 degrees Celsius, even after running CA for about one hour and set the thermostat to 18 degrees Celsius. Is there a problem?

the unit does not have enough cooling capacity for scaling it tries to cool.
