I have alopecia due to stress, my hair growing in my bald spots? I went to the dermatologist on April 29 and she gave me steroid shots in my bald places and prescribed me a gel to apply 2 times daily and prednisone to take for the next 16 days. You think this will work? Any suggestion to make hair grow?
If the spots are about the size of a quarter and a smooth surface. See images from the site below, if its similar, it must be Alopecia Areata.
My brother managed to find a website called http://www.ALOPECIA-AREATA-CURE.com when he had the same problem that explains about the condition and proposed treatment. He gave it a try and to all our surprise he recovered.
