The best way to wash hair afro The emergence of the afro and curly hair can make you believe he is stronger than it actually is. especially Afro hair behaves very differently to Caucasian hair when it is wet. The first thing to note is that the hair should be washed with shampoo. Some people use a conditioner only (CO) washing system, washing with conditioner instead of shampoo. Conditioner is gentle on your hair as shampoo, and may be suitable for afro / curly hair better.
If you do use shampoo, make sure it does not contain sulphates.
If you are experiencing difficulties in obtaining a free shampoo sulfate, sulfate is the mildest form and will do less damage.
When CO-machine, do not use a conditioner that contains silicones as these coat the hair and remain there after washing.
Do not use more shampoo once a week, as the shampoo strips hair of its natural oils. It's a good idea to give time to recover hair between shampoos. As co-linen is softer, you can use it between shampoos or rinse your hair with water.
Only lather, rinse, repeat if you feel your hair is particularly dirty - an application of shampoo / conditioner is generally pleasant. If you use lots of products on your hair, it might be a good idea to use a clarifying shampoo once a month. This will get all gels, creams and conditioners your hair so you can leave with hair very clean.
When you are actually lathering and washing, taking care to tangle your hair - do not mix on top of your head or your hands. From shampoo on the scalp, the application (or conditioner) and rub gently with fingertips. Continue to work the foam into your hair tips.
After washing, apply a silicone-free conditioner or hot oil treatment to your hair and leave for 30 to 45 minutes. If you can, apply gentle heat with a hood or towel warmer (heated on a radiator or in a dryer), as this will help the conditioner penetrate the hair shaft and do more good. Rinse your hair and towel dry. Try not to squeeze or ring your hair too. Never brush wet hair or curly Afro, as the moisture it has absorbed, it will be easier to reach breaking point. A comb is much better to remove nodes without causing breakage.
Separate your hair into small sections and comb through a section with both a wide-toothed comb, starting with the hair ends and work your way up to the roots, combing tangles bit by bit.
